We review the information and discuss the product requirements, possible options and any details that need clarification.
3. Confirm the Specification
Before proceeding, confirm the agreed product configuration, materials, branding, packaging and other project requirements in writing.
4. Sample or Pre-Production Review
If sampling is available for the product and project, we will discuss the sample process and the details that need approval before production.
5. Production and Shipment
Production, inspection, packaging and shipment arrangements are confirmed according to the agreed order requirements.

The following terms apply to our inflatable water products, including custom drop-stitch products.

Production Lead Times & Shipping
Production lead time starts once we have received the agreed payment and confirmed all product specifications and required design materials. Where sample approval is required for bulk production, that approval must also be completed before the bulk production lead time begins.
Production times exclude shipping transit time. Shipping methods, estimated transit times and costs are quoted separately according to the destination and shipment requirements.
Changes to confirmed specifications, materials or artwork may require an updated quotation and production schedule.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Electric water sports samples start from 1 unit. Inflatable product samples start from 3 pieces.
Can I customize samples with my brand?
For electric products, sample orders can include logo, color and packaging customization. Logo fees depend on design complexity, and other customization charges are confirmed in the quotation.
For inflatable products, samples use sticker logos at no additional charge, colors primarily from available material stock and neutral packaging.
Can I mix models to meet the bulk MOQ?
Electric product orders can combine different models to reach the 10-unit bulk MOQ. Inflatable products require 200 pieces per model; different models cannot be combined to meet the MOQ.
Are sample fees deducted from bulk orders?
Electric product sample fees are not deducted. For inflatable products, sample fees can be deducted from a subsequent bulk order of more than 500 pieces.
Can you manufacture from our drawings or sample?
Yes. We can review your drawings, reference photos, specifications or sample details. Feasibility, development requirements and costs are confirmed after reviewing the project.
When does the warranty start?
The warranty starts when the customer receives the goods. Electric product batteries have a 9-month warranty, other electric product components have a 12-month warranty, and inflatable products have a 12-month warranty. Wear parts and consumables are excluded.
Who pays for replacement parts and shipping?
For covered warranty claims, replacement parts and shipping are free. After the warranty period, the customer pays for both.
